Forever Friends Animal Sanctuary is a shelter for abused and abandoned companion animals. We provide community services such as funding for spay and neuter for low income families and limited funding for emergency veterinary services for low income families.
The goal of Forever Friends is “No More Homeless Pets.” To that end, each cat and most of the dogs we take in are spayed or neutered.
As for the Sanctuary itself, our plan is to provide a home for abused and abandoned companion animals. There are many who just need a little time to recover from illness or bad experiences, then they are ready to go to good new homes. We will give them that time and a permanent home if they need it. Our target capacity, after our permanent facilities are constructed, will be 250 cats and 200 dogs.
We have begun construction of our permanent facilities on a 103-acre farm in Buchanan, Tennessee, near Paris. The facility will grow as we can obtain sufficient community support. This will be possible because of the kind help from you and our other friends across the country.
Thank you for your generosity and kindness in supporting Forever Friends and for adopting your new best friend from us. The dogs and cats have a good quality of life due to the compassion of people like you.
